Allan Parr, MD
Dr. Parr completed his residency at Yale University. Since that time, he has been helping patients with chronic intractable pain at his outpatient clinic, Premier Pain Center, since 2001. He has practiced interventional pain management for over 25 years in the Covington/Mandeville area.
He is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain management. His training and expertise allow him to skillfully consider all appropriate treatment options for his patients.Dr. Parr and his staff stay current on the latest medications, treatments, and procedures, and work closely with other healthcare providers to develop and implement an individualized treatment plan for each patient.

Allan T. Parr, III, M.D.
Dr. Parr, III completed his Pain Fellowship at Harvard Massachusetts General Hospital. He completed Anesthesiology Residency at Tulane University and East Jefferson Hospital where he was awarded the Resident Scholar Award. He is an alumni of St. Paul's Highschool and Louisiana State University. Dr. Parr, III is on the Board of Directors for the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. He has been awarded Distinguished Young Physician by ASIPP and has multiple awards from American Sociey of Anesthesiologists.
