Dr. Parr has been helping patients with chronic intractable pain at his outpatient clinic, Premier Pain Center, since 2001, while practicing interventional pain management for over ten years in the Covington area. Ann Conn, MD

Dr. Conn is a native of Louisiana and received a BS in Chemical Engineering from LSU before completing her education at LSU School of Medicine. Following an internship in Internal Medicine at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, she completed her residency in Neurology at LSU Health Science Center. She was fellowship trained in Interventional and Medical Pain Management at LSU Health Science Center in New Orleans. Dr. Conn is triple Board Certified in:

Lisa M. Jaubert, MD

Dr. Jaubert completed a BS in Biochemistry at California State University, Northridge and a Masters in Neuroscience at LSU Health Sciences Center before completing her MD at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans.  She completed her intern year in Internal Medicine at Ochsner Foundation Hospital and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans and served as Associate Chief Resident in her final year.  Dr. Jaubert went on to complete a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Baton Rouge General Hospital with the LSU Athletic Department. She is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Her interests include the management of spine and musculoskeletal pain, sports medicine, exercise medicine and counseling for lifestyle changes, spinal cord medicine and stroke and orthopedic rehabilitation. Dr. Jaubert recently ran her third Boston Marathon and is involved in volunteering with local youth athletes.
